Located in the heart of the vibrant RiNo Art District, 2520 LAR is the perfect space to lease for your special event.  With numerous bars & restaurants on our corner (25th & Larimer); including, The Ramble Hotel, Vauxhall Hall, Death & Company, Work & Class, Cart Driver, Super Mega Bien, Los Chingones & Portside, ... 2520 LAR is a perfect spot for any special event. 

The 1,100 square foot "main gallery" space provides a fantastic environment with high ceilings, exposed antique lumber & brick in a wide open floor plan.  Perfect for wedding, engagement, graduation, dinner party, company & other private party events.


Designed by Brian to provide the vibe & atmosphere of an "old school art gallery" the space can even be made available complete with artwork on exhibit (Brian's own work or that of other artists the owners help promote).  The unit has separate entry & exit doors, bathroom, wet bar, mini-fridge & a catering service area.

The space is perfect to host your wedding or graduation party, pop-up sale, art show or musical event.

A full sized bar & furnishings can be rented for use during your event to provide the atmosphere of a real pub, a speak-easy, an art gallery or a music hall... to make your party / event the talk of the town.

Special Event Lease Pricing



Pop up / gallery / commercial events: $250 per day + 25% of gross

Private party events: $500 per day

Deposit, cleaning fee & proof of event insurance required.
